Job Summary

Support HP’s EMEA Supply Chain and Logistics Procurement team by assisting strategic sourcing activities (RFQs, supplier benchmarking, commercial evaluations) and helping manage supplier documentation. Build procurement analytics and dashboards using Power BI and Databricks, perform spend and cost modeling (including Total Cost of Ownership), and prepare executive-ready visuals. Partner with logistics, finance, sustainability, and analytics stakeholders to identify savings, risks, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Support sourcing events, RFQs, supplier benchmarking, and market intelligence.
•Collect, consolidate, and evaluate supplier proposals; participate in supplier selection and commercial evaluations.
•Support contract management and supplier documentation, including preparing business cases and sourcing recommendations.
•Develop Power BI dashboards/reports to monitor procurement and supplier performance and analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, inefficiencies, and savings opportunities.
•Perform spend analytics, cost modeling, and Total Cost of Ownership analysis; contribute to AI and digital efficiency initiatives and prepare executive-ready visuals.

Key Requirements

•Must be currently enrolled at a university in Spain and remain enrolled until the end of the internship.
•Available to start the internship in October 2026 and participate for 5 to 12 months.
•Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management Engineering, Industrial/Logistics Engineering, or Business Administration (or related).
•Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical/quantitative capabilities.
•Experience with data visualization and reporting (plus PowerPoint presentation skills).
