Own the accounts receivable billing cycle end-to-end, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely client payments. Resolve client queries and billing discrepancies in a timely, professional manner while collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to keep processes running smoothly. Identify billing issues, improve billing efficiency and accuracy, and analyze billing metrics and trends to support business decisions, including mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the end-to-end billing cycle, from invoicing to collections, to ensure timely and accurate payments.
•Resolve client queries and billing discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Service, Operations) to execute billing processes smoothly.
•Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues arising during the billing cycle.
•Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

•Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.
