  • •Own trustworthy AI challenges at company scale, including retrieval quality, permissions, security, and reliability.
  • •Work hands-on across the AI stack (LLMs, retrieval, agents, integrations) with pragmatic technical foundations.
  • •Embed with teams across the company to ship AI into real workflows and leave behind systems and owners that last.
  • •Run build-vs-buy evaluations and fast POCs, committing to the right approach and killing weak experiments quickly.

  • •Track record building production systems at Staff+ scope (data infrastructure, retrieval, or applied AI) used daily by hundreds to thousands of people.
  • •Hands-on depth with the modern AI stack, including experience from a system that showed how AI can be wrong.
  • •Pragmatic technology instincts: choose proven tools by default and defend exceptions.
  • •Founding-engineer or forward-deployed experience, comfortable owning outcomes within others’ domain boundaries.
