Job Summary

Build and iterate AI-powered revenue operations workflows that automate and optimize go-to-market processes. You’ll lead Rev Ops initiatives end to end—turning problem definition and data analysis into implementation and rollout—while evaluating AI-native tools and deploying them across provider and health systems teams. Partner with R&D, GTM, and data to replace manual effort with reliable, faster insights, staying hands-on with orchestration, prompt engineering, and AI-native operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Build, ship, and iterate AI-powered workflows that take real work off reps’ plates using prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and orchestration.
•Own and evolve core revenue workflows across provider and health systems GTM teams to make rep motions scalable and AI-first.
•Lead major Rev Ops initiatives end to end, from problem definition and data analysis through implementation and rollout, including evaluating and deploying AI-native tools.
•Shadow reps and partner cross-functionally to support business and frontline rep priorities.
•Lead with data by evaluating process performance, surfacing bottlenecks, setting measures of success, and recommending ROI-driven improvements to senior stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 121,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, or similar roles in high-growth, operationally complex environments.
•AI fluent: ability to build, ship, and iterate revenue workflows using AI tools with prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and AI orchestration; comfort wiring APIs and data movement.
•SQL fluency (or ability to get there fast with AI) to pull and interrogate data independently and partner effectively with the Data team.
•Strong track record leading large, cross-functional projects involving engineering, systems, data, and process change.
•Excellent communication skills to simplify complexity, create alignment, and move teams toward action.
