Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary projects across key building sectors across Australia.
  • •Lead mechanical and multidisciplinary building services design and end-to-end project delivery, including oversight of technical quality and design management.
  • •Actively build and maintain client relationships to support business development and secure a pipeline of future work.
  • •Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams and drive quality outcomes through rigorous review of design calculations, specifications, models, and drawings.
  • •Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to junior and intermediate engineers, supporting high-quality design documentation and delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years’ experience in building services consultancy or contracting design with a strong mechanical engineering background.
  • •Chartered status (CPEng) essential; other registrations are highly regarded.
  • •Demonstrated leadership in technical design and multi-disciplinary project delivery.
  • •Deep knowledge of building services systems, standards, and best-practice design, with the ability to mentor and provide technical direction.
  • •Current (or previously held) defence clearance and Australian Citizenship are required (given the nature of projects).
