Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand principal manuals and processes for ordering, follow-up, escalation, and claims.
  • •Coordinate with internal departments to place ISO stock orders for new models in advance, and review them through the ordering cycle.
  • •Release dealer orders per dealer day/time and review order acceptance reports for proactive actions.
  • •Review system suggested order quantities and assess seasonal demand, slow-moving, Phase IN, and Phase OUT parts.
  • •Follow up all orders, escalate supply-chain issues immediately, provide ETAs, prioritize shipments for warehouse planning, and maintain records.

Key Requirements

  • •Preferably a Commerce graduate.
  • •5 years of experience in planning and inventory control (purchasing and tracking) in a computerized environment.
  • •2–3 years of experience in the automotive industry is a definite advantage.
  • •Experience understanding and applying principal manuals and processes for ordering, follow-up, escalation, and claims.
  • •Ability to maintain accurate records for easy retrieval.
