Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the fullstack Switchboard team for GitLab Dedicated’s customer-facing control panel, setting direction and coordinating with the Product Manager.
  • •Hire and develop a high-performing team focused on quality and speed.
  • •Partner with Technical Team Leads to provide direction and act as decision-maker to unblock progress.
  • •Collaborate with Product and Design on the control panel, including wireframes and UI direction for external users.
  • •Own planning with the Product Manager (priorities, dependencies, quarterly delivery epic) and ensure fast cross-functional execution across frontend, backend, UX, product, and technical writing.
