Job Summary

Own and execute CloudBees’ APAC partner strategy to build, enable, and scale a channel ecosystem across VARs, systems integrators, cloud partners, and technology alliances. Drive joint go-to-market motions, partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, and forecasting/registration processes. Enable partners through training and technical positioning while partnering with Sales Engineering and Product on complex technical deals. Represent partner feedback internally and participate in regional events.

•Own and execute the APAC channel strategy aligned with regional revenue goals
•Recruit, onboard, and enable new channel partners across priority APAC markets
•Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue
•Develop joint business plans, territory alignment, and GTM motions with key partners
•Manage partner forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and deal registration processes

•5+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management, preferably in B2B SaaS or DevOps tooling
•Proven success scaling channel revenue in the APAC region

•Experience working with SIs, cloud marketplaces, and regional VAR ecosystems
•Ability to manage complex, technical enterprise sales cycles and build relationships across cultures and geographies
