Job Summary

Drive Workday’s growth in Contract Intelligence and Contract Lifecycle Management by leading the CLM & Document AI sales motion with field teams. Guide enterprise stakeholders on fit within enterprise architecture, co-sell through complex platform and transformation deals, and manage opportunities from discovery to proof-of-value and commercial close. Enable and coach internal sellers, codify best practices, build customer evidence, and feed field insights back to product and strategy teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead CLM & Document AI strategy and narrative, articulating integrated value across Legal, Procurement, Finance, and IT.
•Serve as CLM specialist for Workday AEs, co-selling into complex platform and transformation deals.
•Drive strategic pursuits from early discovery through proof-of-value to commercial close, including qualified forecasting.
•Manage complex deal cycles involving cross-functional stakeholders and address legal, data privacy, and AI-governance questions.
•Enable and coach internal teams, build customer evidence, and capture field feedback to improve product, strategy, and enablement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 80,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of SaaS enterprise sales experience selling to C-level executives.
•3+ years selling in CLM, contract analytics, intelligent document AI, or related legal-tech/procurement-tech domains, with enterprise account landing/expansion experience.
•Proven success managing complex, long deal cycles from discovery to close.
•Ability to communicate a “better together” platform story across multiple products.
•Track record of consistent over-quota performance.
