Key Responsibilities

  • •Support day-to-day execution of outbound supply chain operations across ANZ.
  • •Review and manage outbound orders to support fulfilment execution and proactively resolve bottlenecks to maintain service levels.
  • •Support Go-To-Market activities including order readiness, system setup, and coordination with internal teams and 3PL providers.
  • •Investigate and resolve transport enquiries and discrepancies across systems and operational activities, escalating where required.
  • •Maintain data accuracy across ERP and warehouse management systems, including order, inventory, shipment data, and returned inventory workflows; contribute to continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Cin7 or similar inventory/PO systems) and EDI will be advantageous.
  • •Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.
  • •Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Execute defined processes with accuracy and consistency.
  • •Identify issues and escalate or resolve within established frameworks.
