Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop optical alignment sensors using physics, optics, and sensor system/tool knowledge.
  • •Design, build, and integrate optical sensor systems for lithography equipment, including optical/electro-optical components and detector systems.
  • •Evaluate sensor performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues, identifying root causes using test results and gathered data.
  • •Develop and execute test plans; implement data signal processing and data analysis (including MATLAB-based analysis).
  • •Lead technical execution by collaborating with engineers across software, electronics, equipment engineering, and manufacturing engineering to deliver alignment sensor features.

Key Requirements

  • •Use physics and optics knowledge to develop optical alignment sensors for lithography machines.
  • •Hands-on experience building optical systems (imaging, testing, alignment, detector systems).
  • •Strong data analysis skills for evaluating sensor performance and troubleshooting.
  • •Experience implementing data analysis into functioning MATLAB code and developing/debugging data signal processing algorithms.
  • •BS in a technical field (MS preferred), with experience levels aligned to JG07/08/09 (2+ / 5+ / 8+ years).
