Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and monitor automated production equipment (saws, stackers, ovens/cure processes, conveyors, automated handling systems) per standard operating procedures.
  • •Monitor HMI/control screens, setpoints, and alarms; make routine adjustments within defined parameters and escalate issues as needed.
  • •Perform start-up/shutdown and routine equipment checks; document production data, downtime, and quality results.
  • •Conduct quality inspections and random checks to verify product meets specifications.
  • •Maintain safety and 5S standards; communicate production status and issues between shifts and assist with training as assigned.

Key Requirements
