Job Summary

Manage the venue security department to ensure guest, employee, artist, and venue safety. Partner with venue leadership to enforce security policies and applicable laws, monitor entrances/exits, patrol the premises, and take corrective action. Lead investigations of security complaints, produce daily activity reports, and train and supervise security staff. Help maintain order and protect property before, during, and after events while supporting sustainability efforts.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with the General Manager and Operations Manager to ensure security department compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
•Monitor and authorize access for employees, visitors, and others; patrol the venue and take corrective action as needed.
•Investigate and resolve security complaints while maintaining a positive guest experience.
•Write daily reports covering activities, irregularities, property damage, theft, unauthorized persons, and unusual occurrences.
•Interview, select, train, supervise, counsel, and discipline security staff; conduct meetings and schedule assignments.
