Key Responsibilities

•Set up and drive cross-functional collaboration between India teams and Enterprise Solutions to execute highest-priority, cross-platform initiatives across Apollo’s Credit platform
•Design and align organizational structure with global practices, coordinating with local HR to enable scalable growth
•Partner with Credit and Enterprise Solutions teams to ensure region-specific messaging and follow-ups while driving operational excellence
•Translate ambiguous asks into rigorous analysis, clear recommendations, and executable plans for the India and global teams
•Establish and monitor KPIs and dashboards (AUM, flows, performance, productivity), and advance the Credit data strategy with clear governance and ownership

Key Requirements

•12+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity/credit, corporate strategy, or a similarly rigorous environment; asset management platform experience preferred
•Demonstrated ability to independently own ambiguous, high-stakes workstreams and deliver outcomes with minimal oversight
•Strong quantitative and analytical skillset: expert financial modeling, scenario analysis, KPI frameworks, and the ability to build a defendable fact base quickly
•Sound commercial judgment; can make recommendations with incomplete information and clearly articulate tradeoffs
•High throughput and strong prioritization—can run multiple concurrent workstreams under tight timelines without compromising quality
