Key Responsibilities

  • •Responsible for schedule management for Power and Energy projects.
  • •Establish baseline schedules including critical path, logic, resources, costs, cost curves, and resource histograms.
  • •Update and analyze detailed execution schedules; review and integrate contractor schedules into the program master schedule.
  • •Organize and facilitate monthly schedule review meetings and bi-weekly schedule update calls with discipline leads.
  • •Perform time impact analyses for potential delays and make recommendations for schedule recovery, scope changes, and extension of time.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • •7+ years of experience developing and managing project schedules.
  • •Experience with civil infrastructure or energy/transmission distribution market projects, including mega projects.
  • •Proficiency in critical path method analysis/techniques with Primavera.
  • •Skills in project financial forecasting, change order/extension of time analysis, and effective reporting/communication.
