Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and coordinate construction supervisors and engineers within assigned areas, including daily surveillance checks and records.
  • •Ensure contractor management and supervision provide safe working conditions, permit procedures, protective equipment, qualified supervision, and reliable equipment per contract schedule and targets.
  • •Study, check, review, and validate discipline scope against the contract requisition to support contractor execution.
  • •Verify approved scaffolding material type and confirm contractor scaffolders are experienced and qualified in its use.
  • •Ensure false works and scaffold structures are controlled and modified only by qualified scaffold personnel, including Scaftag system control.

Key Requirements

  • •Vocation, Diploma, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent in a mechanical or related field.
  • •Minimum 10 years of scaffolding supervisory experience in the oil and gas or petrochemical construction environment.
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • •Considerable experience supervising scaffolding contractors to achieve effective construction execution.
  • •Ability to enforce safe working conditions and permit procedures, including protective equipment and qualified supervision/manpower.
