Key Responsibilities

•Handle inbound calls and provide professional, world-class customer service and communication for internal and external customers.
•Maintain thorough knowledge of Bupa Connect Care departments and resolve provider/client requests by entering information into CRM and keeping accurate records.
•Use and interpret systems for preauthorization, claims research, contract interpretation, and provider network status.
•Ensure excellence recovery and explain NPS survey outcomes while building relationships with relevant stakeholders to improve first-interaction resolution.
•Manage complaints end-to-end per policy, escalate when needed, identify recurring problems, and direct corrective actions to improve satisfaction.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Health Services, or a related field.
•Strong background in customer service in insurance or hospitals.
•Ability to use computers, navigate software applications, and work with multiple systems.
•Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills, including effective follow-up.
•Experience in customer service, sales, or call centers; medical and insurance field knowledge is an advantage.
