Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor to individuals and businesses as part of the Key Private Client Program. Assess clients’ financial wellness needs, gather and document information, and provide plan-based financial advice using investment and insurance solutions. Build referral pipelines through prospecting and centers of influence, open personal and business accounts, and partner with branch and line-of-business teams while ensuring compliance and supporting branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and delivering customized financial wellness recommendations.
•Develop client referral pipelines through prospecting, identifying centers of influence, and documenting calling efforts while meeting activity and outcome goals.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and competitive offerings to support meaningful client conversations.
•Open and manage personal and business accounts, including deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, and support branch operations including assisting with teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required), with a Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
•Experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products (required).
•Foundational sales and service skills with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products including Word and Excel) and digital technology to educate clients on mobile/apps/web platforms (required).
•FINRA and insurance licensing: FINRA S6, FINRA S63, FINRA SIE, and Life and Health Insurance Licenses upon hire (required).
