Job Summary

Join Vivint Smart Home’s New Customer Concierge team to help customers get the most from their smart home systems. You’ll make outbound calls to customers after installation, deliver a white-glove experience by resolving technical and billing concerns, educate customers on product capabilities, and guide the journey from sale through installation—while meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

•Make outbound calls to customers who have had their systems installed for 30 days to 18 months.
•Provide a premium, white-glove experience by proactively resolving technical and billing concerns.
•Educate customers on the full capabilities of their smart home and explain complex product offerings simply and persuasively.
•Ensure a seamless journey from sale through installation while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
•Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive revenue growth.

Key Requirements

•Must be at least 18 years old.
•Must obtain a Burglar Alarm License through the Division of Occupations and Professional Licensing with the State of Utah (paid for by Vivint).
•Able to work full-time (schedule is flexible).
•Prior sales experience is a plus.
•Proficient with basic computer functions and able to utilize software, databases, scripts, and other tools appropriately.
