Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide clerical support for front and back-of-house operations, ensuring accurate transaction processing (receptions, CRM, SKUs, payments, and client verification).
  • •Assist with appointment preparation and hosting, including charge sends, item pulls, fitting rooms setup, and scheduling in the company calendar system.
  • •Support post-sale follow-up for shipping delivery timing and post-sale services such as alterations, repairs, and personalization.
