Senior Quantity Surveyor

Lead commercial and cost management activities across major UK infrastructure programmes, managing NEC-based contracts from procurement through post-contract changes, payment approvals, and change control. Produce cost reports and forecasts, support dispute resolution and contract close-out, and provide data-driven insights to help project teams deliver value for money. Work within Turner & Townsend’s Midlands infrastructure team with travel as needed.
