Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage commercial contracts, procurement, and negotiations in an NEC environment.
  • •Lead post-contract commercial activities including payment approvals, cost assessments, and contract changes.
  • •Support procurement activities such as tender strategy, preparing tender documents, running competitive tenders, and evaluating submissions.
  • •Scrutinise interim payment applications, prepare certificates, and manage change control per contracts.
  • •Produce cost reports and forecasting; assist project managers with Early Warnings, Instructions, and Compensation Events, and support dispute resolution and contract close-out as required.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Proven expertise in quantity surveying, procurement, and/or estimating on large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • •Degree-qualified, with chartered status (MRICS) or actively working towards it.
  • •Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and infrastructure cost management.
  • •Ability to balance site travel with flexible, balanced working.
  • •Collaborative, proactive communication with a drive to lead, contribute, and grow in a global consultancy.
