Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up, operate, and perform basic maintenance on assigned equipment used in the Maltz process, following work instructions.
  • •Prepare daily high-purity semiconductor compound, weigh materials, make process batches, and load/unload furnaces.
  • •Follow safety and EHS procedures for hazardous materials and maintain housekeeping to prevent cross-contamination.
  • •Execute quality control procedures, audit shift data for quality checks, and minimize scrap while maintaining product quality.
  • •Report production accurately on manual and electronic systems and coordinate with engineering/maintenance to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and quality deviations.

Salary: USD 17.84 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED required; a 2-year technical degree is preferred.
  • •Two years of operations experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Ability to understand and apply TOC and SPC concepts.
  • •Production machine/system operating experience and knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or chemical systems.
  • •Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to perform light PM’s.
