Key Responsibilities

  • •Own delivery of IT and product initiatives in Sweden with predictable quality, timelines, and cost alignment.
  • •Lead Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Business Analysts; define roles and drive team performance through objectives and feedback.
  • •Ensure consistent Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban), manage backlog/planning/governance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • •Provide technical delivery governance aligned with architecture, security, and Group standards, supporting decisions with Tech Leads.
  • •Manage capacity and resources (effort/cost estimates, hiring needs) and oversee delivery from external partners; report delivery KPIs and risks.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5+ years of experience leading engineering or delivery teams in complex environments.
  • •Strong experience delivering digital platforms (web, mobile, integrations).
  • •Good understanding of Agile and delivery frameworks, including Scrum/Kanban.
  • •Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, architecture, and cloud environments.
  • •Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors, with strong leadership and stakeholder communication.
