Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Corporate Functions HR teams and client groups with employee interactions, HR administration, and project work.
  • •Manage recruiting, staffing, and onboarding, including job description preparation, postings, background checks, and new-hire onboarding end-to-end.
  • •Process new hires in SAP, complete I-9 verifications, and manage HRIS transactions for employee lifecycle events.
  • •Serve as primary user for HR systems including SAP, SmartRecruiters, Click Boarding, TimeKeeper, and Sterling; run reports and analyze HR metrics.
  • •Respond to routine HR questions and serve as liaison with partners such as Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Finance to resolve day-to-day issues.
