Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and provide direction for Safety & Health programs, including contractor safety (ISNetworld), DOT transportation/fleet safety, security, industrial hygiene, emergency management, incident reporting and investigations, and process safety management.
  • •Lead risk assessments, hazard identification, inspections, and audits; develop and support safety training, trends, goals, and initiatives.
  • •Develop, analyze, and implement safety goals and opportunities to drive continuous improvement in Safety & Health performance.
  • •Collaborate with all levels of the organization to ensure safety goals and objectives are met and administered; develop safety training materials with support services, operating, and maintenance personnel.
  • •Supervise and guide safety team members; maintain and update safety policies and procedures and prepare safety metrics and incident investigation reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Safety & Health, Engineering preferred, or related field, with job-related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience with Safety & Health laws, regulations, procedures, and programs.
  • •Experience related to oil and natural gas processing operations, including industrial hygiene, ESH management system principles, risk assessment, and process safety management.
  • •Ability to read and interpret policies, procedures, trend data, reports, safety manuals, correspondence, governmental regulations, and industry best practices.
  • •Experience composing and preparing reports, policies, procedures, and correspondence; ability to communicate and present effectively.
