Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end underwriting for new and existing commercial and not-for-profit credit relationships, coordinating with clients and internal partners.
  • •Analyze financial performance, cash flow, debt capacity, and key risks; develop and present independent credit recommendations.
  • •Structure credit facilities, coordinate due diligence, and ensure compliance with credit policy and regulatory standards.
  • •Manage an assigned portfolio by monitoring performance/trends, maintaining risk rating integrity, and overseeing annual reviews and covenant compliance.
  • •Handle portfolio amendments, waivers, renewals, and modifications while providing cross-functional leadership and mentoring junior teammates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field and at least five years of commercial credit underwriting, portfolio management, commercial banking, or related financial services experience.
  • •Strong understanding of commercial credit products, credit analysis, loan structuring, covenant analysis, and risk management principles.
  • •Experience analyzing financial statements, cash flow, and credit structures.
