Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, and material flow activities to support safe, efficient operations.
  • •Manage outbound shipment scheduling, carrier coordination, TMS activity, and appointment execution for on-time customer delivery.
  • •Oversee inbound and outbound freight documentation to ensure shipments meet Kerry, customer, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Manage railcar scheduling and unloading coordination, including documentation, inventory reconciliation, and safe rail-related warehouse activity.
  • •Maintain inventory accuracy using strong warehouse organization, SAP/RF scanning discipline, and timely transactions; investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies with partner teams.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field preferred.
  • •Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, shipping/receiving, or warehouse leadership.
  • •Experience with SAP, RF scanning, TMS, warehouse documentation, inventory transactions, railcar operations, and bulk material handling.
  • •Ability to read and interpret SDS and shipping/receiving and related warehouse documentation.
  • •Food manufacturing and distribution experience preferred.
