Key Responsibilities

  • •Blend, smooth, deburr, and clean aerospace case parts to meet customer requirements.
  • •Set up and operate machines for blending and deburring using appropriate abrasive belts, wheels, or disks.
  • •Prepare parts for welding and/or machining by blending and deburring to written specifications.
  • •Inspect completed work to verify conformance with specifications and complete required paperwork.
  • •Perform assembly, disassembly, blast, braze, sizing, heat treat, and cleaning operations as specified, including preventive maintenance within scope.

Key Requirements

  • •HS diploma (or equivalent such as G.E.D) with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • •Ability to read blueprints, drawings, manuals, and specifications to determine work requirements.

  • •Auto body experience (preferred).
  • •Technical aptitude and desire to learn new skills.
