Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage import customs clearance scheduling through daily communication with forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely declarations.
  • •Ensure compliance with customs regulations for restricted items and amend customs declarations for value changes, shortages, and over-shipment.
  • •Review monthly customs duties with the customs broker and ensure proper documentation for monthly expense closing for finance submission, with cost optimization focus.
  • •Prepare export/import shipping documents (invoice, packing list, export license, Carnet) and manage return procedures to comply with destination customs regulations.
  • •Supervise inventory-related data flows between systems in coordination with 3PL and control manual stock movements by verifying supporting documents.

Key Requirements

  • •Over 3 years of experience in customs clearance.
  • •Ability to commit to a 12-month temporary contract.
  • •Understanding of logistics, transportation, warehousing, and inventory management processes.
  • •Knowledge of distribution center and store replenishment operations.
  • •Experience using ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems, with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
