Job Summary

Provide high-level post-sales technical expertise for life-cycle delivery of mission-critical communications systems (RF, IP networks) including design, installation, commissioning and maintenance. Serve as the technical link between internal engineering, vendors and the client, ensuring highly reliable, secure large-scale solutions (LMR P25, TETRA, Microwave).

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee deployment and configuration of central radio systems and infrastructure to ensure reliability standards.
•Define system specifications, server infrastructure (VMware ESXi, Linux, Windows Server) and IP/RF networking protocols in secure environments.
•Conduct site surveys, manage tower/shelter requirements and perform complex RF/microwave link installations.
•Act as the on-site escalation point for field issues and perform physical optimization of antennas, cables, combiners and grounding.
•Develop technical, tactical and strategic plans ensuring compliance with the Acceptance Test Plan (ATP).

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or Electronics engineering.
•3+ years of relevant experience in mission-critical systems or critical IT infrastructure.
•Exclusionary technical knowledge: RF system implementation (sites) and IP networks (OSI model, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, etc.).
•Advanced English (oral and written) for global interactions.
•Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 25-50% to client sites.
