  • •Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned team, assess strengths/weaknesses, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • •Coach, develop, and performance-manage assigned associates; provide clear expectations and performance measures.
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects; lead repair vs. reject decisions based on estimated repair cost and vehicle quality.
  • •Train associates using Quality Control standards to complete repairs effectively the first time, minimizing re-checks and delays.

Key Requirements
