Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 years of engineering experience in medical devices or a related regulated manufacturing environment.
  • •Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing processes, process optimization, scale-up, and commercialization; PSM experience and clean room experience are a plus.
  • •Strong knowledge of engineering and quality methodologies, including statistical analysis, DOE, Lean Six Sigma, and problem-solving tools.
  • •Experience leading technical projects and collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Materials Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
