Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Skylar Analytics product vision and roadmap, including data modeling requirements, customer reporting, and query capabilities.
  • •Define and deliver the data access layer: connectors, data structures, and Power BI/Superset reporting templates for customers.
  • •Collaborate with data engineering and data science to define and continuously refine the operational data model.
  • •Partner with the Skylar One team to define and maintain the data pipeline contract and its evolution.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years as a Product Manager for reporting, analytics, or BI products, shipping dashboards and reporting templates for non-technical users.
  • •Collaborate with data engineers on data modeling concepts (dimensional modeling, OLAP cubes, schema design, and query performance tradeoffs).
  • •Hands-on SQL skills to write queries, inspect data, and validate assumptions without relying on an analyst.
  • •Familiarity with the modern data stack, including ClickHouse, dbt, data warehouse architecture, and analytical pipeline design/maintenance.
  • •Experience leading GTM for technical products and translating data platform capabilities into clear customer value.
