Key Responsibilities

  • •Support implementation and monitoring of ISMS and BCMS, including periodic review of security and business continuity policies, standards, and procedures.
  • •Ensure compliance with ISR for the Emirate of Dubai and standards including ISO 27001 and ISO 22301; track compliance levels across departments and recommend corrective/improvement actions.
  • •Help develop and maintain information security governance frameworks, including risk assessment methodology and selection of administrative, operational, and technical controls based on risk and compliance requirements.
  • •Coordinate and participate in internal audits for ISMS and BCMS; follow corrective action plans to closure and manage audit evidence and compliance documents.
  • •Support cybersecurity initiatives such as technical assessments (including VAPT and business continuity testing), awareness and phishing campaigns, incident investigation and documentation, and ongoing reporting via dashboards and KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or IT (Cybersecurity/Information Security/Networking) from a recognized university.
  • •4–6 years of experience for a Bachelor’s degree or 2–4 years for a Master’s degree in the relevant field.
  • •Experience managing ISMS/BCMS and performing security audits with follow-up of results and corrective actions.
  • •Ability to conduct security risk and vulnerability assessments and recommend appropriate administrative, operational, and technical controls.
  • •Preferred: ISO 22301 Lead Implementer/Auditor, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, and/or CISA, CISM, CISSP.
