Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop the Murarrie FSQ team to ensure business continuity and support.
  • •Oversee FSQ across the end-to-end value chain, managing quality and food safety issues via regional escalation protocols.
  • •Drive quality culture through improvement programs, factory-floor engagement, and quality talent management.
  • •Own and implement FSQ objectives, KPIs, risk assessments, corrective actions, and manage customer complaints/CAPA.
  • •Provide leadership and oversight for Kerry Food Safety/Quality Systems, laboratory operations, product compliance, and quality control across raw, in-line, and finished products.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in a managerial role.
  • •University degree in Food Science/Microbiology or other science disciplines with related manufacturing experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of food hygiene standards, HACCP, BRC, AIB requirements, and process control procedures including statistical process control (SPC).
  • •Knowledge of food safety systems including Halal, Kosher, FSSC 22000/22K, HACCP, SPC and AIB.
  • •Ability to drive continuous improvement and change management, with strong leadership and communication skills.
