Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Korean–Japanese curriculum and high-priority content projects end-to-end, delivering high-quality learning experiences.
  • •Manage or facilitate content projects from planning to writing, production, and launch, keeping content modern and culturally attuned.
  • •Develop, edit, and localize innovative, engaging, pedagogically sound materials for Korean Japanese learners.
  • •Maintain and iterate content based on QA, user testing, user feedback, and/or peer review.
  • •Adopt AI-enabled workflows to streamline production and improve efficiency across the curriculum.

Key Requirements

  • •Native-level Korean proficiency with strong cultural intuition for the Korean market.
  • •Native or near-native Japanese proficiency (spoken and written).
  • •Experience in Japanese education content planning, development, or instructional design.
  • •Deep user empathy and understanding of Korean learner needs and Japanese-learning challenges.
  • •Ability to ship high-quality curriculum independently with minimal oversight.
