Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement CMDB/CSDM and ITOM solutions within the ServiceNow platform to support business objectives.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define CMDB/ITOM strategies.
  • •Configure ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping modules and integrate CMDB with other modules.
  • •Provide technical leadership and guidance during CMDB/ITOM implementation projects and supervise developers.
  • •Hands-on development including pattern customization and development for Discovery and Service Mapping.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience designing and implementing ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM solutions in enterprise environments.
  • •ServiceNow CIS in CMDB, Discovery and Service Mapping is highly preferred.
  • •Fluent in Dutch or French and a good level of English.
  • •Good knowledge and understanding of IT environments (onPrem + Cloud-based);
  • •Strong ITIL/ITSM knowledge and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
