Key Responsibilities

  • •Adhere to all health and safety practices and maintain good housekeeping.
  • •Monitor operators’ real-time fatigue levels on the Life Display and issue immediate alerts for high fatigue.
  • •Communicate operator fatigue concerns to supervisors daily and collaborate with health and safety teams to meet fatigue management standards.
  • •Record, maintain, and document fatigue-related incidents; reconcile fatigue data over time to identify trends and recommend actions.
  • •Prepare regular fatigue trend and incident reports for management review, and support general office administration and document control.

Key Requirements

  • •Grade 12 or equivalent education.
  • •SA Drivers Licence.
  • •1–2 years of relevant experience with an understanding of mining/engineering operations and systems.
  • •Knowledge of document control processes and familiarity with company policies and procedures.
  • •Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and Excel, with awareness of safety standards.
