Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive equipment improvement projects across the full lifecycle, focused on plastic injection molding and manufacturing processes.
  • •Lead technicians in troubleshooting and resolving technically complex injection molding machine and peripheral equipment failures.
  • •Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to close equipment, process, and behavioral gaps.
  • •Develop and execute improvement projects to maximize equipment availability, optimize cycle time, and improve overall equipment effectiveness.
