Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the program manager in overseeing awarded task orders under the IDIQ.
  • •Ensure performance against contract requirements (schedule, scope, quality, SLAs/metrics) and track deliverables and milestones.
  • •Act as a secondary point of contact for government counterparts when the PM is unavailable and participate in customer/status meetings.
  • •Maintain and contribute to the program risk/issue register and coordinate mitigation actions, including support for contract/scope changes.
  • •Coordinate internal cross-functional execution (technical, operations, finance, HR, security, subcontracts) and support proposal activities for new task orders/modifications under the IDIQ.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • •TS/SCI with Polygraph (currently possess).
  • •7+ years of experience in agile software development and/or DevOps.
  • •Experience in technical management and understanding, including risk analysis, resource management, and quality management.
  • •Ability to obtain a PMP certification within 6 months of hire (or already hold PMP).
