Key Responsibilities

  • •Build comprehensive cost estimates supporting enterprise spend processes with business change leaders and subject matter experts.
  • •Develop and maintain EUC tools to compile and calculate technology and project-related cost estimates.
  • •Provide review and oversight for cost estimate business-case assumptions within the CEG Intake process.
  • •Identify, report, and mitigate risks in annual expense planning and day-to-day spend approval and change risk management activities.
  • •Provide credible challenge during project definition and support centrally funded project launches and transitions between central and local funding mechanisms.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a technology-related field, or equivalent education and training.

  • •Experience stewarding programs/project investments with multi-year delivery, investment return optimization, and governance/controls to mitigate investment risk.
  • •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
