Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, modify, and troubleshoot test equipment across fluid systems, mechanical assemblies, data/control systems, and instrumentation.
  • •Fabricate high-pressure fluid panels, plumbing, and hydraulic manifolds, including tube fabrication, cleaning, proofing, and activating.
  • •Install instrumentation and harnessing; build, route, and troubleshoot instrumentation and wiring issues.
  • •Build, operate, and troubleshoot hydraulic systems, including pumps, actuators, servos, and winches.
  • •Participate in test operations, configuring high-pressure/hazardous/cryogenic fluid systems, monitoring video/data, and troubleshooting test hardware/instrumentation.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •3+ years of experience troubleshooting mechanical systems, high-pressure fluid systems, instrumentation (e.g., strain gauges/load cells/temperature sensors), data/control systems, or mechanical/electrical test operations.
  • •Ability to read and interpret planning documents, schematics, wiring diagrams, specifications, drawings, manuals, blueprints, and engineering sketches.
  • •Experience with aerospace testing (propulsion, structural, etc.).
  • •Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; ability to work in extreme outdoor environments and perform required physical demands.
