Job Summary

Deliver plan-based financial advice as part of the Private Client Program, building and managing a complete client relationship for clients with up to $2M in investable assets. Identify financial wellness opportunities during conversations, recommend investment and insurance solutions, and develop internal/external referral sources through prospecting and documentation. Open and support consumer and business accounts, partner with branch and line-of-business teams, and ensure compliance and proper documentation while assisting branch operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Assess client needs and provide tailored financial wellness recommendations, delivering solutions through referring investment and insurance products.
•Build and maintain a client referral pipeline by identifying centers of influence, prospecting, documenting calling efforts, and developing internal/external referral sources.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products/services and competitive offerings to lead meaningful financial wellness conversations.
•Open personal and business accounts and support branch operations, including assisting with client transactions on the Teller line as needed.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation of client interactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24.52 - 37.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
•Experience developing new and current customer relationships and achieving sales goals with insurance and investment products.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and influence business partners through centers of influence.
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing).
