•Own end-to-end CBO budgeting, including AI-specific costs and ROI, and connect it to the broader LRP financial process and models.
•Lead budget allocation recommendations and scenario modeling to support strategic planning pivots with data-driven alternatives and impact analyses.
•Architect and deliver Long Range Plan (LRP) and Annual Planning Financial inputs for the CBO, building multi-year projections with strategic stakeholders.
•Drive high-impact strategic initiatives using program management best practices to deliver cross-functional programs on time and aligned to leadership objectives.
•Streamline operational processes by evaluating and implementing AI tools and automated workflows, and lead change management and organizational agility initiatives.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in Business Operations, Program Management, Strategic Finance, Strategy Consulting, or an analytical corporate strategy role in a fast-paced scaling environment.
•Demonstrated high autonomy and experience acting as a trusted advisor to leadership while driving complex programs end-to-end with minimal guidance.
•Advanced financial and operational rigor, including driving annual planning processes and managing multi-million dollar budgets with data-driven scenario modeling.
•Expertise architecting and steering large-scale, cross-functional programs using industry-standard program management frameworks.
•Strong executive presence and communication skills to synthesize complex operational or financial narratives for C-suite leadership, with discretion over sensitive data.
