Own day-to-day supply chain operations for onsite airline customers, ensuring maintenance materials and defect parts are available on schedule. Coordinate ordering, shipments, returns, and unserviceable part cycles across multiple Boeing departments while maintaining accurate inventory and customer store status. Lead project planning and execution, analyze customer data to keep scorecards updated, create dashboards, and support service level discussions and reporting to drive continuous performance improvements.
