Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and lead global regulatory strategy, owning compliance across all current and planned markets.
  • •Oversee ingredient usage, formula compliance, and product registration requirements, including claims, labeling, and packaging approval.
  • •Lead end-to-end sustainability compliance programs for PPWR, SB54, RAM, and EUDR, translating regulatory updates into business requirements and owners.
  • •Drive regulatory readiness for product launches, reformulations, and market entries by establishing timelines and coordinating with commercial and regional teams.
  • •Build and maintain regulatory databases and compliance systems, monitor regulatory KPIs and risks, and lead regulatory inquiries and external representations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Cosmetic Science, Toxicology, or a related scientific discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • •10–15+ years of progressive regulatory experience, ideally in fragrance, beauty, cosmetics, or related consumer goods.
  • •Significant experience leading regulatory strategy across multiple international markets.
  • •Deep knowledge of fragrance/cosmetic regulatory requirements, including ingredient compliance, product registration, and industry standards.
  • •Proven ability to build regulatory processes, systems, governance, and to lead and develop teams.
