Key Requirements

  • •Experience thinking through when human review is required, tuned to content type, audience, risk, and context.
  • •Technical foundation with headless CMS architecture; Sanity experience is a strong plus.
  • •Comfortable building with Node.js, TypeScript, and modern web frameworks, including building simple web apps and functional prototypes.
  • •Fluency with AI development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor, and using AI-assisted development effectively.
