Key Responsibilities

  • •Authorize processing and administration of loan borrowings for agency and administration services on syndicated and bilateral loan deals.
  • •Authorize/validate/monitor administrative servicing duties across the deal lifecycle, including facility creation, payments/funding, maturity administration, amendments and closure.
  • •Oversee completion of mandatory checks aligned with Global Standards and maintain internal controls and compliance requirements.
  • •Compile, generate and present MI reports to SMT, supporting accurate statistics and communications within agreed timescales.
  • •Manage operational risk by identifying, assessing, mitigating and reporting losses and issues in line with the Operational Risk Management Framework, and drive process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 1.5 years’ experience in the securities industry.
  • •Demonstrate leadership through delivering objectives, supporting others’ development, and managing workload and MI reporting.
  • •Strong analytical, statistical and data-mining skills to study trends, make projections, and interpret numeric information.
  • •Experience successfully managing and developing a team.
  • •Fluency in spoken and written English.
