Key Responsibilities

  • •Estimate and negotiate change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
  • •Produce and present final cost plans; provide estimate and cost planning and update cost estimates based on project status.
  • •Review and coordinate with design services and the general contractor to develop cost estimates and reconcile changes to ensure accurate contractor data.
  • •Conduct quantity surveying, cost controls, valuations, cost checks, cost auditing, and change control processes through project delivery.
  • •Prepare monthly cost reports for the client, support final account negotiations, manage contingency/commitment tracking, and compile built cost records for benchmarking; identify, coach, and mentor talent.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related construction field.
  • •Minimum 5–7 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry.
  • •Experience leading cost management on medium or large construction projects with medium to high complexity.
  • •RICS accredited or working toward accreditation (preferred).
  • •Strong communication skills and experience supporting data center/mission-critical or large-scale commercial construction projects (preferred).
