Job Summary

Pre-Sales Solution Consultant for Nordics at Workiva. In this remote role, you will listen to prospects, gather requirements, and deliver tailored product demonstrations of the Workiva platform. You’ll support the Iberia-focused sales team, lead technical presentations, and partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to translate business needs into value-driven demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

•Interact with prospects and clients to determine their software needs and become a trusted advisor by demonstrating how the Workiva solutions meet those business needs
•Gain a deep understanding of our products and excel in articulating its benefits to prospects and clients. Use storytelling to connect its features to their business needs, and provide prompt, accurate responses to their technology-related inquiries
•Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to prospective customers or at events e.g. webinars, conferences, etc
•Actively contribute to cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, by offering creative solutions and responsiveness, thereby enhancing value for both your sales team and assigned prospects
•Gather and channel feedback from the field to the Product Marketing and Product Development teams to drive enhancements in current solutions.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
•4 years + of related experience in a B2B SaaS organisation
•Fluency in both English and a Nordic language
